I'm guessing ham. And food photography is very difficult to do well. So many of the professional shots use colour dyes, paints, glosses and the like to keep the food looking good in camera. Otherwise it can tend not to look great. It always looks better when you can smell it too! But this is a great attempt at a very tricky subject...
I forgot to get this up on the blog, only put it on the forums last night. oops. This didn't come out how I'd hoped. Looks kinda gross, but it wasn't.
